Pantone Smoothie 2635C, a mid-week blueberry treat.
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup (1 scoop) @kuranutrition berry whey protein
1/3 cup soy milk
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup Blueberries
½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Stevia to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add a scoop of ice and blend it all together. Sprinkle some pretty almond flakes on top and finish with a zesty lemon wedge on the side.
Pantone Smoothie 707U, Berry Coconut Crunch. If you wanna blend your own, here’s how:
INGREDIENTS:
⅓ cup (1 scoop) @kuranutrition Vanilla whey protein
½ cup raspberries
½ cup vanilla coconut milk yogurt
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add a scoop of ice and blend it all together. Garnish with some coconut flakes and enjoy.
